Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on afk77. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use afk77. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on afk77. Duplicate accounts — including those registered under a spouse's or family member's details — are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game lists, and time limits. Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including multi-accounting or arbitrage betting — will result in void winnings and account review.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. afk77 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
afk77 is committed to responsible gaming. Players experiencing difficulties are encouraged to use self-exclusion, deposit limits, or session timers available in their account dashboard, or to contact our support team directly.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing afk77, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all policies incorporated by reference (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Platform).
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using afk77 and must not attempt to register an Account.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and afk77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
To register and use afk77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: afk77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. An Account may be suspended pending age verification, and any winnings accrued during the suspension period may be withheld until verification is completed to afk77's satisfaction.
Each individual may register exactly one Account on afk77. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. afk77 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. You must notify afk77 immediately at the email address below if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
afk77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except where such losses result directly from afk77's own negligence or breach.
afk77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered during Account review at afk77's discretion.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Players will be notified of the outcome via in-platform notification and email.
afk77 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source-of-funds declarations, or enhanced due-diligence materials, at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
All deposits to afk77 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Approved deposit methods include:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and may change without prior notice. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the afk77 platform.
Deposits must be made exclusively from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and full return of deposited funds.
afk77 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal means. By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that your funds are derived from legitimate sources.
Credit Cards and Cryptocurrency: afk77 does not currently accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made via the approved local Indonesian bank and e-wallet channels listed above.
Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:
afk77 targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts using approved bank transfer or e-wallet methods, during standard WIB business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, during maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. afk77 cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned via the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit. afk77 reserves the right to require Players to withdraw via a specific method for fraud-prevention or regulatory compliance purposes.
All bonuses and promotions offered by afk77 are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms. Only bets placed on eligible games at the minimum odds specified will contribute toward satisfying a wagering requirement.
afk77 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where afk77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:
Bonus Funds and any wagering-requirement deadline will expire as specified in each promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending requirements will be removed from the Account without compensation.
All bets placed on afk77 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product (Sportsbook, Casino, or other). These rules are available within the Platform.
afk77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or series of bets where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, market manipulation, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the betting market.
In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error that results in odds being offered at an incorrect price, afk77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Player's Account. afk77 will not be liable for any profits a Player may have expected to derive from an incorrectly priced market.
Pari-mutuel and pool-based products are subject to final pool settlement. The displayed potential return on such products is indicative only and will vary with the final pool composition.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on afk77 and will result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the afk77 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the proprietary property of afk77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
No part of the afk77 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of afk77 or the relevant rights holder. Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform interface for the purpose of placing bets is expressly permitted.
afk77 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
afk77 may be required by law, regulatory obligation, or court order to disclose personal data relating to a Player. afk77 will notify the affected Player of such disclosure where it is legally permitted to do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, afk77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
afk77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
afk77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on their own devices.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using afk77, you acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. afk77 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred during lawful use of the Platform.
afk77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting afk77 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds in the Account (net of any outstanding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. afk77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after prior notification, in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which afk77 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in afk77's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in their own jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of afk77 complies with all applicable local laws.
afk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, afk77 will notify registered Players via in-platform notification or email at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Continued use of afk77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
